Tutoring

Booking and Payments: All tuition sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required prior to the session via invoice.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Session Conduct: Both tutors and students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during sessions.

Digital and Physical Products

License: You may not redistribute, modify, or sell any downloaded or physical content without our explicit consent.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically provided unless there is a defect with the download. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

Access and Usage: ICT So Easy Ltd. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use purchased downloads for personal or educational purposes only.

Software and Services
